After studying in New York City, I traded a stressful life of working over forty hours at a desk in Corporate America and cold temperatures, for lots of sunny days, warm weather, beautiful beaches, a healthier mind, and bodywork in Florida.

With over 1000 hours of training and education (which sits twice higher than the Florida industry standard) plus a decade of experience, I strive to both educate and heal my clients, empowering them to live better holistic lives.
