Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment, or any other modification to your appointment, such as reduce/increase your appointment hours. If you fail to cancel prior to 24 hours before your appointment time, or you are not there after 10 minutes upon my arrival, any payment received will be forfeited.
